Game Recap

The Eagles fell to Lutheran Northwest at Hurley Field in Berkley 48-12 tonight. Northwest got off to a fast start led by Paul Rosa who rushed 5 times for 90 yards and 2 touchdowns and Riley Lukas who caught 4 passes for 84 yards and a TD. For the Eagles Junior Danny Wiggins caught 3 passes for 83 yards and 2 touchdowns, including one for 65 yards. Sophomore Blake Parpart threw for 132 yards and 2 TD’s. Sophomore Ian Hanafee led the Eagle defense with 7 tackles and Sophomore Nolan Hart had 5 tackles and a fumble recovery. Senior Richard Perry also added a nice 63 yard kick-off return. Northwest improves to 5-0 while the Eagles fall to 1-4 (0-2) and will visit Lutheran Westland next Friday at 7 PM.  Picture courtesy of H. Fracassi.
