Multiple Teams · Van Dyke Surpasses 1,000 Career Volleyball Kills


Last night in the Lady Eagles victory over Parkway Christian in the MHSAA Regional Semifinal Junior Emily Van Dyke became the 1st Eagle volleyball player to reach 1,000 career kills.  This season Van Dyke has helped the #4 state ranked Eagle volleyball team back to the Regional Finals, for a 2nd straight year with her current school record of 474 kills this season.  Van Dyke is a 3rd year varsity player who is a 2 time 1st All MIAC Conference selection and last year earned 2nd Team All State Honors.  Van Dyke and the Eagles will look to defend their MHSAA Regional title Thursday at 6 PM at Oakland Christian against Waterford Our Lady of the Lakes.
